Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Rowan Tree ADR. Please read this Online Booking and Cancellation Policy carefully before booking. By booking a session, you agree to the terms set out below. All sessions must be booked through our online booking system. A booking is not confirmed until: The online booking form is completed in full; and The required full payment for the session booked has been received; and You receive written confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, including where the matter is not suitable for mediation or where there is a conflict of interest. Fees and Payment Our current fees are displayed on our website or provided in writing prior to booking. Cancellations and Rescheduling by Clients If you need to cancel or reschedule your mediation: More than 7/14 days’ notice: You may reschedule once at no additional charge. Between 3–7 days’ notice: The fee is non-refundable but may be credited toward a rescheduled session within 30 days. Less than 48/72 hours’ notice: The full session fee may be payable and non-refundable. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing by email. Cancellations by Us In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will: Offer an alternative date; or Provide a refund of any fees paid for the affected session. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. Late Attendance and Non-Attendance Please ensure all parties attend on time. We are not responsible for delays or disruption caused by your technical issues If a party is more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to: Shorten the session accordingly; or Treat the session as a late cancellation. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Suitability and Screening All bookings are subject to suitability screening. We may request additional information before confirming a session. If we determine that mediation is not appropriate, we may cancel the booking and refund any fees paid. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rowan Tree ADR shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or financial loss arising from a booking, cancellation, delay, or mediation. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant session. Confidentiality Mediation sessions are confidential, subject to Georgia law.
